The responsibility of the Information Technology (IT) Department includes the maintenance and enhancement of our web site, registration application, mailing lists, and social channels. Our goal is to facilitate multi-channel communication among staffs, teachers, parents, and students. In order to achieve this goal, we are taking the approach of empowering everyone with communication tools that are easy to use and require minimum training.

Web Site

We use wordpress to manage the RACL web site. This content management tool allows us to easily create content or make changes to existing pages. We want to enable all staff members and teachers to easily communicate with their audience via web pages and posts. The IT team would like to give staff members and teachers controlled access to content creation and maintenance. Each department should be able to create its own page. Teachers may create class pages to publish notes and homework. We will offer basic trainings to get people started. Please contact if you have any questions or suggestions.


The school level mailing list allows administration teams to broadcast announcements to every subscriber of the list. Some important announcements are archived as posts in the web site.

The class level mailing list allows teacher and room parent to communicate with the whole class. Only the people on the list can send emails to the class address. The mailing lists and corresponding addresses are updated nightly based on the registration database.

Parents should log into to manage family accounts and register for classes.

Teachers can log into to view class information and manage grades.

Registration staff can use to manage classes and accounts.
