• (new) (2/4/12) RACL will host the international YCT exam on March 25
  
  The Youth Chinese Test (YCT) is organized by the Office of Chinese Language Council International (国家汉语国际推广领导小组办公室，简称汉办). It is a standardized international Chinese proficiency test. We use this test as one of our standards to measure whether or not a student will qualify to receive full Chinese credits. Only students who pass Level 4 can be promoted to our 8th grade, and able to apply 2 Chinese study credits to Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) as well.
  National Exam Date and Time: March 25th, 2012, 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • National Exam Location: RACL (Forest Hills Baptist Church, 201 Dixie Trail, Raleigh, NC 27607), we will notice you the room number later

• (new) (1/28/12) RACL celebrates Chinese Lunar New Year
  
  RACL hosted our Chinese Lunar Year's Party on Saturday Jan 28th between 5:30pm -9:30 pm at the Dining Hall of the Forest Hills Baptist Church. Thanking for the participation of many students, parents, and volunteers, we had a wonderful night with great performance. Below is a quick message from our PTA:" RACL的春节晚会圆满结束了，感谢大家的群策群力。给各位拜个晚年！祝愿大家龙年大吉！"

• (1/14/12) RACL学生参加2011年SAT考试报出喜讯
  
  本校中文AP班共有16位同学参加了2011年11月5日在全美举办的一年一度的SATII中文考试，共有七位同学获得满分800分，取得了平均分780.625分的超好成绩！ 2011年全美高中毕业生（Seniors）SATII中文考试的平均分数比2010年的平均分数略有下降，为758分。我校学生的平均考分比2010年提高了14分。 参加本次考试的学生是：徐薇、石禹明、周安杰、王露雨、蔡汶倪、廖迪文、李岳、薛璐璐、郑师维、林颖、张德佩、潘启元、王琳琳、江天舜、邢怡真和陈心怡。

  为奖掖热心海外华文教育人士，激励更多人关心和支持海外华文教育事业，国务院侨务办公室和中国海外交流协会决定评选 并表彰一批热心海外华文教育的杰出人士。经有关海外华教机构推荐，国务院侨务办公室和中国海外交流协会审核，决定对189名 热心海外华文教育人士予以表彰。我校严定先生被授予热心海外华文教育杰出人士奖。Congratulations to Ding!
